Capital Projects Manager
£35,000 p.a. (£28,000 pro-rata two-year fixed term)
The position is 28 hours per week
The Pier Arts Centre is eager to appoint a capable and flexible Capital Projects Manager to assist in the delivery of Orkney’s Creative Catalyst in Stromness and Birsay. Candidates will be self-motivated and highly organised and have an interest in the arts.
Duties will include: liaising with the Design Team; preparing reports for funders; coordinating fundraising efforts; financial administration; working with local and national stakeholders; and any other duties contributing to the success of Orkney’s Creative Catalyst.
Working closely with the Pier Arts Centre Board and Director the Capital Projects Manager will play a key role in the delivery of this significant arts and cultural development in Orkney.
It is not essential for this role to be based in the Pier Arts Centre, but regular attendance at meetings is required.
