This exhibition includes new work by a group of students from from the Art, Science and Visual Thinking MFA course at Duncan of Jordanstone College of art & Design, Dundee, made in response to a field trip to Orkney in 2023. The group spent a week based at Linkshouse – Orkney Arts Residency in Birsay observing the natural environment and creating new work in a range of media.

Linkshouse has hosted many group visits and individual creative practitioners over the last two years, providing an inspirational backdrop to artists from around the world.
