During the Pier Arts Centre’s 40th Anniversary year, a sequence of exhibitions will highlight work from the centre’s Collection of modern and contemporary art, alongside previously unseen archive material and a review of past exhibitions, as well as a glimpse of future plans. Displays will also include letters, publications and photographs relating to the life and legacy of Margaret Gardiner (1904-2005).
