Working collaboratively at this hands-on workshop, we invite patients, carers, members of the public, local artists, and healthcare professionals to design and create a navigation aid aimed at assisting patients with complex needs in finding their way around the local health and care landscape. We will learn from lived experience and be guided by local artists in creating the prototype for a tool that helps patients and healthcare professionals to share information and achieve better outcomes every time.
