Join Orcadian artist Leah Moodie in a sketchbook making workshop.

This workshop is part of our Piergroup - young people’s collective programme and is open to those 16-26 year old.

Leah Moodie graduated in 2021 from BA Painting at the Edinburgh College of Art where she completed a bookmaking elective. Since, she has always made her own sketchbooks. She likes to incorporate a variety of papers including tracing paper into her books as she paints onto transparent surfaces.

In this workshop you will make an A5 sized softback sketchbook which is unique to your taste and specifications. If you would like make your book even more personal, please bring a suitable cover - this could consist of a poster or print larger than A4.
