Painting of MV Norholmen, artist unknown

A selection of artworks inspired by the wreck of the Norwegian trawler Norholmen, which grounded just below Stromness Kirk-yard in 1966. The exhibition includes paintings by Wilhelmina Barns-Graham and Sylvia Wishart from the Pier Arts Centre collection, along with works by Nelson White, Ian MacInnes and others. The exhibition will include a selection of photographic images, drawings and archive material relating to the wreck.
