To mark the 70th Anniversary of the Declaration of Human Rights, the Pier Arts Centre is taking part in the Fly the Flag project.
Artist and activist Ai Weiwei stands at the forefront of this project with his ‘footprint’ flag design, and is encouraging others to contribute their own creations in celebration of this significant anniversary.

In these open sessions, there will be an opportunity to help design and make a flag which the Pier Arts Centre will fly from the 24th to 30th June 2019 as an advocate for human rights.
